Shipping and returns

Your order shipment

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 working hours of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Standard delivery takes 24 to 72 hours. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and transport, and are calculated by weight and destination before checkout.

Returns

You have 30 days from receipt to return any product in its original, unused packaging. Contact us through the contact page with your order number and we will send you the instructions.

Once the product has been received and checked, we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 14 days.
